首先，要突出個人的優點和特長，并要有相當的可信度。特別是具有實際管理經驗的要突出自己在管理方面的優勢，最好是通過自己做過什么項目這樣的方式來驗證一下;
其次，要展示個性，使個人形象鮮明，可以適當引用別人的言論，如老師、朋友等的評論來支持自己的描述;第三，不可夸張，堅持以事實說話，少用虛詞、感嘆詞之類;
最后，要符合常規，介紹的內容和層次應合理、有序地展開。最后，要符合邏輯，介紹時應層次分明、重點突出，使自己的優勢很自然地逐步顯露，不要一上來就急于羅列自己的優點。

With more and more cars coming into our families, we are happy that it has greatly improved our life. But unluckily, it has also brought many problems, such as heavy traffic and traffic accidents.
Traffic safety is everybody's business. We must obey the rules. For example, we must walk on sidewalks , when we cross zebra – crossing, stop and look right and left, and then go across fast. Don’t play football on the road .we can tell our parents not to drink before they drive, not to run through red lights, not to talk and laugh while driving etc.
We can say cars are coming into our life, but only when everybody thinks traffic safety is everybody's business can we be safe driving on roads and walking on sidewalks.
